Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans is used all across the firm from the technical support BlueJeans room through to private meetings and even large social events such as the 'pub' quiz. We particularly like the quality of the audio and video but other key capabilities such as locking the room, vanity URLs, and the command center which identifies poor quality connections are extremely useful. Moderator controls are comprehensive, whiteboarding is great, and we often use the screen control feature too.

- I would like users to see their network strength again (removed recently).
- Subtitling would be beneficial, especially in other languages.
- I don't like the presenter widget but it cannot be removed.
- Has allowed the business to continue despite COVID. We could not have done this so easily with the alternative AV solutions.
- We anticipate less travel in the future.
- We will be able to operate from anywhere now - staff don't need to be office-based.
BlueJeans is head and shoulders above all other VC products we evaluated including MS Teams.
Functionality does exist in the other platforms which we would like to see on BlueJeans but not at the expense of the quality service we currently receive.
