Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Every detail is kept on Brightpearl, accounting, expensses, orders, stock and much more. It's so much easier to have everything in one place and be able to access it from any computer any time, with live information. It will provide crucial info to be able to make any tweaks to your company.
brightpearl's customer support has been helpful to me on many occasions, helping to resolve a problem and providing tips on how to manage the system quicker. If a solution can't be found they will do all they can in order to resolve the issue.
Brightpearl is used across the whole organisation, whether it's for sales, accounting or keeping stock and keeping an eye on new incoming orders from new customers. It helps to resolve problems like keeping track of stock as well as bringing in orders through an automated system from your company's online website! It's useful for creating purchase orders and creating an estimate of good arrival!
  • Brightpearl is great at stock keeping, you can be sure that your stock will match the numbers on the system!
  • Creating sales, and quotes. Easy platform to create and add new customers and instantly quoting a customer!
  • Very helpful with creating goods out notes and picking sheets so that your warehouse team is able to do their job with ease.
  • Brightpearl could be easier when it comes to writing off stock and damages. An interface could be added to remove stock and add it to the correct account code.
  • You have to rely on an internet connection for everything, sometimes printing an invoice or generating a goods out note can take some time.
  • Brightpearl does not have an automated address system, unfortunately you have to write the address line by line.
  • Return on investment is calculated and accessible to you, quickly and effectively.
Brightpearl has helped our business in many ways. We are able to tell whether our company is doing good or not and can see with ease which products sell good and which do not. It is an easy to use system that can be mastered by anyone who will use it.
