Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Broadvoice for our phone services at our office. Having this system has allowed us to receive phone calls when we were unable to make it into the office using the app. This has also helped greatly when we loose internet at our office. We are never without our phones.

We have been able to continue working and answer our phones when we had sever weather and were unable to get to our office. The customization of our system on the website has made office closures and changing voicemail settings easier than previous systems we have used. In our time with Broadvoice there has only be a few occasions where the system was completely down.
