We use Broadvoice for our phone service.
  • Website is easy to use.
  • Customer service is efficient.
  • Voicemail is difficult to change and save recorded messages.
  • We have 6 locations around our city and it has been so convenient being able to communicate within each office.

Over a holiday weekend, I forgot to change out my voicemail greeting. I called them up and they were able to help me with a new greeting and apply it to our phones. It was so helpful and super easy.
