Broadvoice was our phone provider solution to get away from the company Nitel. Our school district employed the services of Broadvoice to transition our phone provider service and to solve an issue regarding our district's inability to make outbound calls.

- The main reason for choosing Broadvoice was our inability to make outbound calls. Not only was Broadvoice able to give us a temporary number to bypass this issue until we switched, but the issue was resolved completely upon switching services to Broadvoice.
While our service was provided by Nitel, not only were they unable to solve our outbound call issue, but the communication with them was severely lacking. With Broadvoice, it was easy to schedule conference calls and was easy to achieve the level of service our district needed.
