Overall Satisfaction with Capsule CRM

We use Capsule CRM to manage our leads for various financial engagements. Capsule allows our team to all be on the same page and ensure that our leads can turn into paying customers. With the new updates for 2024 there is even greater integration with our systems and processes like Google Workspace and Office 365.

  • Improved Home Page features the provide Sales data
  • Better contact importing that makes for better data management
  • More AI integration
  • Improve the language functions
  • More concise Map integration
  • Contact /leads entry time has been cut making our team more efficient
  • Leads stay in our sales pipeline shorter and turn to paying customers
  • Overall customer management tasks cut about 25%
We chose Capsule CRM over Zoho CRM due to the various modules that it would take for Zoho CRM to work for our firm. Additional Zoho modules would have been needed (Zoho CRM and Projects) to make it work for us which in turn requires additional management. With Capsule CRM, there was only one app that needed to be integrated within our app ecosystem.

Capsule CRM is well suited for small business and teams that may have various locations and/or regions. The dashboard provides the user with the necessary data to track leads and assign various tasks to other team members. Capsule CRM does have some issues when working with very large teams. There are some issues with integrations with outside apps and limited customization for teams that want to track detailed projects.
