Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Being on a GTM team, a chunk of my earnings is on variable comp. CaptivateIQ does a great job of visually laying out the earnings and bonuses I can expect and takes the guesswork out of translating targets to comp - it's been a huge upgrade for the Sales team in helping us stay on target and feel more stability so we can focus our energy where it matters.
