Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

It is being used by all of the sales team or any team that has a commission payout. It helps everyone keep track of all of their commission payments. It allows for the breakdown of every single sale that has been made and the amount allocated to each one of those sales.

I think it is best suited when you are trying to keep up to date and organized on all of your commission pays. It keeps everything in line for you and breaks down everything in a very east to understand and comprehend. I don't know a scenario where it is less appropriate.
