Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

It is being used by all the sales departments (Sales, SDRs, SEs, sales ops). It simplifies our very complex commission plans into an easy to use interface that helps us understand and follow up on our commission terms and payments.
  • Consolidates all of your sales agreements with the company
  • Shows bottom line commissions to expect for every month based on salesforce information
  • Helps admins centrally manage their teams commission
  • Gives visibility to both managers and employees over their sales quota and commission
  • I could use better dashboards and reports automated to my email
  • I'd expect to see more utilization of BI for recommendations and predictions
  • More bottom line insights over big periods of time would be nice
  • Salesforce integration
  • Clear commission statements and filtering
  • Commission plan management
  • It reduces my time on dealing with Finance for clarity around commissions
  • As a manager, it spares me headache contacting finance for every employee with questions
