Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We currently use CaptivateIQ to automate our comp plan process. It makes it easy to send statements to reps and their managers for approval and to keep track of everything that each rep is getting credit for. It also allows us to only include the data that each rep should be getting credit for.

CaptivateIQ can be used for anything that has to do with comp plans for your reps. It makes it easy to connect to data inside of your CRM in order to make the calculations. It also makes it easy to adjust payouts for a special one-off cases, and getting feedback from reps and their managers is made very simple.
