Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is being used for all variable compensation teams. It has increased transparency between accounting and variable compensation employees and improved efficiency and accuracy. We no longer need to utilize manual Excel spreadsheets, which leave room for error. CaptivateIQ also provides visibility into sales team metrics that management can utilize to see how the team's performance is trending throughout the year.

Support is always very timely in responding and give easy to understand solutions to my issues. I have only had positive experiences.
At this time, we do not utilize CaptivateIQ to design commission plan scenarios however it is something we would like to do in the future.
We selected CaptivateIQ because it was a robust tool with many reporting options that extended beyond just commission calculations. For example, the ASC 606 module was a huge selling point for us from an accounting perspective.

CaptivateIQ is a great software if you are looking to automate the commissions calculation process because the size of your sales team or those employees who receive variable comp has grown or has gotten more complex. CaptivateIQ can assist in automating the calculation process and provide assurance that the calculations will be accurate and reduce manual error.
