Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
CaptivateIQ is being used for all variable compensation teams. It has increased transparency between accounting and variable compensation employees and improved efficiency and accuracy. We no longer need to utilize manual Excel spreadsheets, which leave room for error. CaptivateIQ also provides visibility into sales team metrics that management can utilize to see how the team's performance is trending throughout the year.

We selected CaptivateIQ because it was a robust tool with many reporting options that extended beyond just commission calculations. For example, the ASC 606 module was a huge selling point for us from an accounting perspective.
