Overall Satisfaction with Checkout.com

We use it for our payment needs. It helps us receive payments via cards and payment links. The integration helps us receive and manage payments without any hassle.

  • The new checkout platform is missing some features that the old platform used to have, like a section to see a list of all the associated cards of any customer.

Well, I think I am not the right person to answer this question.
Overall, the support is good. The checkout team helps the company migrate to its new platform with ease. However, it happened 2 out of 10 times that I had to repeatedly raise tickets for some query, but I did not receive a reply.
Out of 4-5 payment providers that I have integrated, Checkout has been easiest of all when talking from Integration standpoint.

Checkout support is one of the finest in terms of quick replies, and elaborative responses.

It works well while accepting payments via the platform or payment links. It works with most cards. The reporting is good.
