- The playlist function is really awesome and easy for collaboration.
- Being able to clip sections of audio is awesome.
- I love the way you can write in comments on the calls.
- Occasionally the calls do not record, it might be the way our calendars are connected.
- When you create/edit clips, it is not clear what an outside party will see when you send it to them. It would be better if you had a preview section.

Chorus doesn't just record calls. Chorus goes above and beyond with the functionality to review, a platform to coach, and reporting dashboards.
Chorus integrates well with Salesforce, Zoom, and Outlook calendars.
Clips and call coaching have been phenomenal to use as a manager.
I have not used Customer Support, because the platform is very intuitive. The client onboarding experience and trainings I have been to have been great!
