Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai

  • Handoffs & Collaboration / Knowledge Sharing
We use Chorus.ai almost on a daily basis, integrated with Zoom, so that our important calls are recorded and can be rewatched at a later time. This helps us review calls perfectly that way when someone can not attend, they can rewatch the important subjects that were discussed during the meetings.
  • Easily allowing video and also sound review to the recordings.
  • Identifying different voices.
  • It's integrated already, no need to add every time.
  • Transcription not perfect.
  • Search features.
  • It would be good to be able to delete parts of calls, say the downtime spent waiting for a called to get on the Zoom session.
  • Quantifiable coaching results
  • Quicker onboarding period
  • Improved communication on deals
Integrates nicely with Zoom.
Chorus.ai works perfectly to record and transcribe what was said during a presentation.
The Chorus.ai support team have been very helpful.
Having Chorus.ai and a library of recordings from important meetings is essential for us. That way our staff can rewatch and keep learning from past meetings and that has been incredible. It is much better to allow us to learn in real time rather than try and figure it out from different slides and word documents.
