Our sales team mainly uses Chorus for call coaching for managers, reviews, & skill development via enablement. AEs will use it to re-listen to their own calls as well. Our Product Marketing & Product Management team will often use it to listen to calls around specific features or to share win/loss review clips.
We used Chorus mainly for 2 functions: Call coaching on the sales side and product feedback from sales convos to our product team.
Pros
- Call clipping makes it easy share snippets from calls across the sales team or to other teams
- Easy distribution of recorded calls for enablement purposes
Cons
- Feels like Chorus at times will inconsistently join calls
- At times can inconsistency record calls as well
- Reduced ramp time for AEs
- Better quality of conversation in the sales motion
- Better coaching results
We used playlists and scorecards pretty frequently.
Connects to g suite & sfdc for us.
We purchased it mainly for sales call reviews, coaching and better forecasting...but think the product feedback to the product team has been a real positive impact as well.
