We use Chorus every day!! From Sales prospecting, to Account Executives connecting with our clients, to Implementation Managers, Customer Success Managers and Strategic Product Consultants engaging with clients in meetings.
- LOVE THE AI CALL SUMMAY FEATURE!
- Connects seamlessly with Zoom
- Easy to search and find previous call recordings
- Easy to share call recordings with our clients. This comes in particularly useful when delivering virtual trainings
- I think Chorus is improving all of the time, and I dont have anything to note here
- Allows for our teams not able to attend, watch recordings later

Its invaluable to the Customer Success, Implementation and Strategic Product Consultants teams-Allows us to watch meeting recordings for meetings we couldnt join
