We use Chorus every day!! From Sales prospecting, to Account Executives connecting with our clients, to Implementation Managers, Customer Success Managers and Strategic Product Consultants engaging with clients in meetings.
  • LOVE THE AI CALL SUMMAY FEATURE!
  • Connects seamlessly with Zoom
  • Easy to search and find previous call recordings
  • Easy to share call recordings with our clients. This comes in particularly useful when delivering virtual trainings
  • I think Chorus is improving all of the time, and I dont have anything to note here
  • Allows for our teams not able to attend, watch recordings later
I am not in sales, so I cannot respond here
Its invaluable to the Customer Success, Implementation and Strategic Product Consultants teams-Allows us to watch meeting recordings for meetings we couldnt join
Allows us to share recordings with clients for future use and extended trainings
Amazing for Onboarding tour new hires and for our clients to share
the Chorus AI for follow up notes!
AMAZING and so easy. What a time saver
