Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo

Chorus helps me to break down the large number of calls my team makes into usable portions so that I can focus on giving the best constructive feedback to help my team succeed. I enjoy viewing the transcripts to help locate keywords or phrases during meetings. Chorus also provides meaningful analytics to determine the team's effectiveness.

  • In depth reporting
  • Comparisons
  • Reduced ramp time
  • Increased rep awareness
The biggest use for the team is the individual engagement tab which houses all the rep's calls. Additionally the analytics tab allows us to review different conversation skills and view areas of improvement. Playlist are also a helpful feature that allows us to group calls whether they be successful discovery calls, best objection handling, best demos, etc.
Chorus is integrated into our Salesloft, Salesforce platform and is connected to all sales calls and demos. I do not currently have a comparison for others tools.
The team has utilized the clip feature heavily to allow us to share impactful sales moments between other reps as well as clip vital portions of demonstrations to share with prospects. This feature has allowed us to highlight positive sales skills and encourage the reps to continue said skills.
I do not have any experience with the support team.
I do not have any experience with other software.

Would you buy Chorus by ZoomInfo again?

Yes

Chorus is suited well for sales teams who want to record a large list of calls and filter them by specific accounts or key phrases. It is also very useful at gaining basic analytics at a glance.

Chorus is less suited for teams that would like to have the calls broken down for them and compared between individual contributors.
