Overall Satisfaction with ChurnZero
It allows us for the first time in my 5 years managing client success to be proactive and reach out to clients that are at risk for not renewing. I also love the automation through setting up plays... it's such a time saver! In the past, we've had fairly easy processes that we just couldn't automate and now with ChurnZero, we can. I also love the segments and alerts. It's such a simple thing but I wasn't looking at certain clients and I certainly didn't get alerted when they fell into that segment.
- Alerts based on Segments and criteria.
- Plays that allow for automation or a string of automation emails, tasks to take action when needed.
- Integrations with other software. It is easy to plug into other databases and software.
- The set-up time to implement the solution.
- Journeys do not seem very intuitive.
- Automation of alerts of accounts in trouble, along with the notification and plays to take automated actions when certain events happen.
- We finally have account health scores that allow us to see the overall health of each account.
- We are hoping to see ROI by having far fewer accounts Churn, and I predict that will happen it is just too soon to tell.
Pendo seemed like a really good solution, our company ultimately went with ChurnZero simply for the fact that they had the feature of automation. This to me was the biggest difference and was a feature that we wanted most.
