Gainsight is a great software, and a good alternative to ChurnZero. However for us, ChurnZero had made a number of key changes to their product suite that helped us decide for it over Gainsight. For instance the integrated AI text generator, the new round robin, enhanced note taking with option to save into custom fields, and the native integration with Pendo. These two products will stay close, and GainSight is not just for enterprise businesses anymore with their new price offering, but it's good to see the competition lead to so much innovation at ChurnZero of we are now certainly benefitting.
