Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headset 700 Series

Almost all our employees use headsets with their softphone. Most of them use Cisco Headsets across 500-700 series. I am personally using a 730 headset. I love it! It is awesome as I can actually use it for work and my personal usage as well (like listening to music when walking outside).

Really easy to use and manage. Always up to date with the Cisco headset app. Basically, there is a no to low learning curve to use this product. Couldn't be more user-friendly.
The audio quality is amazing. Depending on your environment (cal or noisy), you can easily adjust to the proper mode (noise canceling, ambient mode, regular). The headset itself is doing a great job to remove ambient noises and keeps only voice. But mixed with a Cisco Webex environment, it is simply PERFECT!
The mobile app is useful from a personal standpoint. It helps make sure the headset is up to date. Also useful to manage settings in a user-friendly way. Also, know that this series can be managed in bulk by IT teams when needed (from Webex Control hub).
As an heavy user of Cisco (and more specifically Cisco Webex) products, is was pretty obvious for me to chose Cisco headsets. But, having used Jabra and Plantronics products for a while in the past, I can tell this 730 headset have by far the longest charge. I often charge it only one or twice a week.
The Cisco Headset 700 Series is perfect in all circumstances at work. I use it for videoconferencing mainly. In noisy environments, the noise-canceling feature allows you to stay focus. Conversely, when you need to pay attention to your environment even though you're in a meeting, you simply have to activate the ambient mode. At home, they are just perfect for listening to music and handling your phone calls while walking outside.
