Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Our digital marketing agency uses ClickUp as a tool for project management, workflow, and CRM. We needed a platform to organize our work and give us a place to collaborate on projects across all departments. We love that we can also invite freelancers to select spaces and projects to keep all of the work in one central location. ClickUp has been a complete game-changer for us!

ClickUp has drastically improved our collaboration. It gives us transparency into what's going on across all departments in our company. As a project manager, I am able to view dashboards to see what everyone is working on - who has too many tasks and who is light on tasks this week. We also created a sales pipeline where we are able to track our sales process and manage current client scope expansions. This has been a game-changer for us.
We are still working on this piece! The first year on this product has been mostly dedicated to getting everything set up and tweaked to fit our processes.
We selected ClickUp because it seemed to pull in the best of all the tools we evaluated. We also really liked how customizable it is since our processes don't always line up with the industry standard.
