Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
At Pulse Marketing, we have multiple, simultaneous projects running, with clients from very different markets. ClickUp helps us keep an organized approach to implementing Growth Marketing strategies effectively, while paying close attention to resources invested and deadlines, all while ensuring communication between each member of our team is fluid and transparent.

It allows us to collaborate and communicate effectively from anywhere. Before ClickUp, our approach to tasks was very binary, meaning tasks were either incomplete or done. Now, we can track the progress, difficulties, and advancements of each individual task and resolve issues collectively.
We use integrations with Slack to notify the whole team of any change or progress in every account we manage. The integrations, along with the possibility to automate certain aspects of task-creation and time tracking are an absolute time saver for our teams.
UI was much more friendly in comparison. Prices are competitive. Freedom in how you create your spaces (endless formats to do so). Very good support.
