Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use ClickUp to organize our quotes as they come in and prioritize them as first come first serve or as important clients.
- It allows us to queue our quotes very well and track what quotes we have sent track what has be awarded and not awarded.
- We also have another section where we can add tasks to other employees, so they can manage what needs to be done and prioritize them accordingly.
- It would be nice if the software was ITAR compliant so that the attachments sent in the emails that we receive were secure so that we didn't have to delete the attachments prior to forwarding the email to ClickUp.
- I can't really speak to the monetary value that ClickUp has increased our company's revenue. But it definitely has made our whole shop more efficient and has made my job way easier to stay on task. I couldn't do my job without it.
It has made communication way easier for the Production Manager to flow down tasks to each individual on the floor of what they need to do that day. The employees have the software on their mobile phones, and they can see all the tasks without having to have a production meeting every morning to line them out.
Production can flow tasks very simply to the employee's on the floor without having person conversations or meetings that take up time. It also allows management level employee's to flow tasks to each other during the day, again without having meetings that take up important time during the day.
