Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We manage our internal operational tasks and external client projects in ClickUp. It brings significant organisational structure to, and greater clarity on, all of our work.
  • Structures and categorises tasks, projects and work really well

  • Overall speed of development has led to regular minor bugs/issues

  • We're able to understand status, required steps, responsibilities on tasks much more clearly
  • We have been able to remove other costly systems in favour of a single tool in ClickUp
Managing projects and related tasks has become much easier and more streamlined. Notifications work really well to bring important tasks or actions to the surface for every user. ClickUp gives us broad views across multiple projects and narrow views within projects with the same ease.
We have been able to streamline processes, remove additional systems and reduce cost and complexity as a result. We have utilised some integrations between systems to good effect. Automations within ClickUp are something we rely heavily on.

The learning curve with ClickUp is not steep, I found it intuitive from the outset, which led to quick adoption into our processes. When I wanted to go deeper with functionality, that intuitiveness continued, and allowed me to quickly build-out our processes for greater effect. The support structure is excellent, and very responsive, which is encouraging. Their learning resources are also excellent.
