Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
1. We use ClickUp to collaborate with all the teams with respect to implement new changes, raise user issues and get it fixed by involving the right team into it. As this tool has time tracking as well, it is easy to track the stay on timeline.
2. There are lots of tracking tools such as time tracker, charts (pie, line, bar charts) which helps in efficient handling of projects using ClickUp.
3. The ability to create and customise multiple dashboards is very helpful and gives out efficient inputs for the teams to work effectively.

- Only using ClickUp as a collaboration tool, best and only such tool needed so far.
- Increased team collaboration, as we implemented multiple status and teams to handle those. Works like a charm
- Faster resolution, no wastage of resources.
- We managed to customise the status labels of the clickups and assigning the label to various teams to look into when a task is in that status. This has really improved our effectiveness in solving a task quickly.
- There are lot of tracking mechanisms present, this has helped us get data on which is working and which is not, in turn leading us to see how to work on things that aren't working.
- Can easily tag people on tasks and ask for clarifications.
- We have been using only 1 tool - ClickUp for team work related to work. We use chat tool like Mattermost to just communicate task links of ClickUp. The task related queries are added in the ClickUp chat window itself.
- The productivity has improved a lot, and the time taken to work on a problem has been drastically reducing with improving the workflow on ClickUp from time to time.
