Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We are using Concur Travel and Expense for submitting AMEX company card Expenses reports for approvals to our manager. Concur Travel and Expense is being used widely across our organization for expenses and Travel. It is so easy to use and is backed with a powerful User interface.
- Concur Travel and Expense automatically generates a report of your expense when your credit card is linked to your profile and we get an email as well, which makes Concur Travel and Expense a good product in the market
- Concur Travel and Expense is easy to use and once we submit an expense for approval, it goes in the queue of our manager and he can easily approve or reject it with simple clicks
- Concur Travel and Expense lets us find flights to and fro with their costs and offers, we can also book a cab or train or air ticket with Concur Travel and Expense
- Concur Travel and Expense works pretty well, but sometimes it takes time to load as it calls a remote site I guess, once we click on a generated report, so this can be improved.
- Location specific offers for Travel can be improved
- Easy process to submit expenses
- Faster reimbursement once report is approved
- Works well for Travel booking in US
- Made life easy while submitting expenses and claiming it
Concur Travel and Expense is backed by the powerful SAP which makes it a default choice in the market as compared to the other products. Also, good UI and ease of use makes it a better product to use. It also works well in finding mode of travel like flights, cabs and trains for US and has some offers as well on booking.
We have not used integration. Concur Travel and Expense works as a stand alone product.
Ease of use, good user interface, intuitive UI which creates a report automatically once a transaction is done on the selected credit card, these innovative features separate Concur Travel and Expense from the other products in the market. It has helped our organization tremendously in evolving and adapting new ways of expense report generation.
Frankly speaking, my Employee experience has been totally awesome when it comes to Concur Travel and Expense. Concur Travel and Expense has come up with an innovative and intuitive dashboard with features for travel booking and expense generation which works well and makes it easier for the employee to find what they need in the application.
