Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense has been nothing but the best, it helps book travel, hotels, and any other travel-like situations. This has been a lifesaver and cuts out the middle-man in travel.

We used the ChRis system, which was very time-consuming and a very manual process. The was little to no approval process on the ChRis system. It was an envelope and paper system where Concur Travel and Expense is all electronic. It took forever to get our reimbursement and for things to get processed due to our process.
My company has not integrated Concur Travel and Expense with any other software. Hopefully, in the future, we can explore options to integrate it with Concur Travel and Expense. We never know what the future will bring!
More employees in my company have been able to book their travel, book their hotels, and put in for mileage reimbursement. Our Travel Department has been able to focus on other aspects and not be overwhelmed with company travel. We are happy to have Concur Travel and Expense.
Concur Travel and Expense has benefitted me tremendously by having me book my travel, book my hotel, and submit my mileage. It has also benefitted my manager through the approval process and getting the ball rolling on company travel. It has been a time saver for our Travel department, my manager, and myself.
