Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Use it approval and allocations to cost center and wbs elements of purchasing card expenses.
- Expense. It works really well, I love how it saves the pictures of the receipts and then matches them to the transaction.
- More options to approve the allocated costs to multiple WBS elements instead of just 1.
- Ops teams love not having to turn in or keep paper receipts.
- Approval folks love the simplicity of the report and how it shows clearly shows allocations.
The receipt reading tool and expenses alone were worth the upgrade.
SAP ECC is the current ERP, transition to S4 Hana is imminent.
Cost allocation, reporting, and approval processes are all more efficient.
Our employees love the mobile app and receipt capture tool. They really love not having to save stacks of paper receipts, take photos to Google Drive, download them, then attach them to a report.
