Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We manufacture friction welding machines which use PCs as operator interfaces. We use ConnectWise Control to provide remote access to the PC on customers' machines for diagnostics, service, and support. It is used by our service and software development departments.
  • It is easy to install and administer. We can give customers who do not yet have it installed a simple web address (which includes our company name) which gets them a page with a single install button. So easy that even customers can use it!
  • It's easy and intuitive to use for the remote user and, once it's installed, does not require anything of our customer.
  • The timeline and chat message log are very helpful features.
  • Some of the text on our custom installer page is invisible because it's rendered in the same colour as the background. It's not really important but it's a little annoying.
  • Better support for our customers by simple and speedy remote access.
  • More effective use of engineer's time by reducing the need for travel.
ConnectWise is less expensive and more reliable.
It's very well suited to our remote access requirements.
