Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Our organization currently has 3 offices in different locations and several other remote employees. ScreenConnect allows my team to easily access their machines to perform troubleshooting tasks and execute solutions in real time. The value has been immense. We came from LogMeIn and honestly, there's no comparison. LogMeIn is more restrictive, more expensive, and more clunky. ScreenConnect will continue to have my business.
Pros
- Remote Access - Very easy to access remote employees when necessary.
- File Transfer - If full remote access is not needed, having the capability to transfer files from one server or computer to another remotely is invaluable.
- Unlimited Machines - The fact that I can put any machine in any of our offices into ScreenConnect and do so so easily is a huge win for them.
Cons
- I honestly don't have any negative feedback. Wish list item would be to let me have more technician seats for the same money, but that's pretty silly and unrealistic.
- It allowed me to drop LogMeIn and save my organization money.
- It increase our remote efficiency.
As mentioned earlier, ScreenConnect is better than LogMeIn in every way. Cost, usability, and scalability aren't even close.
