Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
I am using it for remote support for multiple properties. It helps me be able to handle issues quickly and securely while not on site.
- Remote Connection is great
- The web-based interface makes it very versatile, can access my end devices anywhere as long as I have a connection
- It is very easy to organize my properties and create custom DL packages
- I would like to not have to pay to have more concurrent sessions
- There should be keyboard shortcut to switch between screens easily. Right now it is a pain to either have to move back and forth, or use a small dual
- Speeds on Server OSs seem to be slow
- I would like to see more options for remote non-contact support. The CMD is great, but it would be nice to have more than just CMD
- Increased efficiency for myself. It saves a ton of time, and is much easier for me to work from my desk than having to be desk-side with an end user
- ROI has been great. The product is cheap enough for a single user that I can easily justify the expense. One emergency call with system downtime is enough to pay for the entire year
- Tickets are getting closed much faster because I can access, diagnose, and correct without having to leave my desk.
I have used many other screen sharing options, and I have enjoyed ConnectWise the most. The web-based, fast connections, unattended access, and easy installation has set ConnectWise apart from other options like TeamViewer/LogMeIn/Join.me. The price of ConnectWise and ease of use/administration was why I decided to go with it. There are not many things that I am unhappy with on the platform.
