Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
Constant Contact is the email platform we use for all correspondence with our audiences. It allows us to send multiple, different-looking emails as frequently as necessary and also sort out audiences for specific mailings.
- Very simple to use, good interface
- Easy to learn and easy to maintain lists of subscribers
- Seamless integration with other programs
- Very minimal design options within Constant Contact as compared to other programs
- Less intuitive integration of lists
- allows us to connect more frequently and pleasantly with constituents
- easy to have several people editing at once, thereby reducing chances of mistakes
Constant Contact is better than many other clients in terms of design functionality but still somehow does not measure up in terms of appearance or ease of use. We selected Constant Contact because someone simply made the decision.
