Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
Constant Contact is mainly used in the marketing department. However, we use the software for other business units within the organization. It solves the problem of creating professional looking emails, scheduling and sending those emails, and being able to analyze and improve our overall email marketing plan by reviewing analytics and making adjustments.
- Very easy to set up a branded template for other individuals to use and remain "on-brand."
- Constant Contact does a great job of allowing email customization within the design portal - adjusting preheader text, changing custom colors, adding interactive gifs.
- There could be a "recently used" area in the image library that pulls up recent images.
- The folder structure could be improved - being able to sort/search through past sent emails could be easier.
- Consistent brand management through Constant Contact has a positive ROI on our business objectives.
- Constant Contact is well worth the cost to be able to plan a comprehensive email marketing campaign and track past campaigns.
I prefer Constant Contact over Mailchimp and iContact because Constant Contact gives you more bang for your buck. I also prefer the interface of Constant Contact because it's very clean and easy to navigate. Constant Contact also has the best pricing structure of the three platforms, along with a nonprofit discount.
