Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We transitioned to Cornerstone Learning 2 years ago to consolidate all of our Enterprise HR systems onto one platform. This consolidation allowed our business to decentralize some of the administrative functions, and streamline reporting to a single system.

We use Cornerstone to deliver compliance, leadership, role specific, and professional development courses.

We serve over 14 thousand coworkers globally, including the US. UK, Canada, and India.

Configurability of Cornerstone On Demand is better on the back end compared to other Talent Management suites. Permissions and constraints are robust and allow many admin functions to be decentralized.

On the front end, Cornerstone OnDemand configurability is on par with other industry leading systems. Cornerstone On Demand does have custom pages available which can be used to enhance the out of the box system.
We previously used Oracle Learn. Cornerstone OnDemand as a whole is a superior product built on a modern architecture.

Cornerstone On Demand is a robust HR platform. Learning, specifically, provides an intuitive, easy to learn platform for both administrators and users.

Cornerstone on Demand excels at managing and delivering online courses and instructor led training. Reporting is also a highlight of the system.

Tracking informal or external training is not as user or admin friendly.
