Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
We use Cvent Event Management within our Marketing department. It is used primarily for our annual client conference event although there are potential applications for other events in the future. It's unlikely we would have it used throughout the organization as the Marketing department bares the responsibility for events within our company.
- Intuitive interface: it's straightforward, and if you have questions, the help documentation is plentiful.
- Organized: it helps keep complicated events and details organized in one system.
- Registration: our event is a little complex, and we're able to handle multiple registration types and paths within the system.
- Reporting: Sometimes the reporting doesn't hit on exactly what we need, or it's not exactly clear to understand.
- Customization: Within some screens/modules, there could be some additional customization options
- Spell check! In email builders, it would make proofing a lot easier
- Attendee types/registration paths.
- Discount codes.
- Email automation for attendees, post attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, etc.
- We actually don't make money on our event because we offer our customers one free registration, but it does save us money on event management and manual reporting.
- Increased efficiency.
- Improved visibility.
The comprehensive solutions offered by Cvent Event Management were superior to the other solutions we evaluated. While some of them might have offered a few aspects of what we were looking for, Cvent offered enough to help us keep all aspects of the event with one vendor which was a huge time savings.
