Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

My company uses Cvent management to create events for our company and give our attendees easy access to information about our events, how to schedule and plan their day, and have knowledge about the event itself. Cvent has been very user friendly and easy to navigate to create the perfect app for our users.

I enjoy the platform being able to do everything in one place. This includes registration, emailing customers, getting essential feedback from the events, sending post event emails, creating the app for the attendees, etc. It has everything an event needs to be successful. I cannot think of a time where cvent would not be needed. Every event needs cvent.

Using Cvent Event Management

10 - Our team is comprised of Event Registration Coordinators, Event Coordinators, and Graphic Designers. Our graphics team works on adding in all the graphics through attendee hub, while our events team adds in sessions, surveys, attendees, and speakers to allow guests to access the app and get all the information they need from it.
4 - Our event registration team works on the back end system to ensure attendee's and their information are added into the event. Our team works closely with the Cvent support team to keep up to date on our events and make sure everything is running smoothly. Our events manager also has the skillset to log into our events and make sure everything is in the correct place.

  • Have attendees login to a Cvent account to fill out their demographics online instead of transferring info other.
  • Allowing CSS as an addition to HTML in the event emails to keep a base format but be able to change the graphics a little easier.
  • Allowing older phones to access the app for our elderly attendees so they can gain access to the app easier.
I enjoy the app and what it has to offer. It makes working in events a lot easier! Before I would have to go to our warehouse and print name badges and write out different names if they needed it. Attendees also did not have access to our breakout sessions. Now, I can adjust names onsite and we can allow attendees to access our sessions before the event begins.
