Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy to manage and communicate the schedule of our employees on both our locations. Every employee has their own profile and receive notification and e-mail whenever the new schedule/roster is publicized or when there is changes to the existing shifts. Employees can also swap shifts directly via Deputy which makes the life easy for the manager. We also use the News Feed to communicate with all or selected employees. Employees can also use the News Feed to communicate with each other.

Very user friendly, both for those who are used to using various of software but also for those who are not as comfortable with new technology.
Very smooth implementation. Always easy to contact customer service also if you have any questions!
Deputy is great! It is user-friendly - for both managers and employees. It gives a great overview, it is efficient and contributes to the HR manager being able to focus on other important tasks. By using Deputy you can keep all communication in one place. Schedule and updates are shared instantly. Deputy is well appreciated both by employees and managers!
