We use Deputy to manage and communicate the schedule of our employees on both our locations. Every employee has their own profile and receive notification and e-mail whenever the new schedule/roster is publicized or when there is changes to the existing shifts. Employees can also swap shifts directly via Deputy which makes the life easy for the manager. We also use the News Feed to communicate with all or selected employees. Employees can also use the News Feed to communicate with each other.
