Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy [to] manage employee schedules and payroll export (timesheets). [One] of the problems that addressed [is] time management.

User friendly.
I'm very disappointed with the customer support.
I'm currently not able to export some of my employee's timesheets (regular hours), and some employees' overtime calculations are incorrect. After spending [a] few hours with customer support "tier 1", they opened "ticket [...]" for "tier 2". [In my experience,] it has been 15 days, and the issue hasn't been fixed. I made [a] detailed video recording explaining the current issue to the current "tier 3" employee [...]. After [five] days he responded by asking me for basic information I addressed in the first 30 seconds of the video. [I believe] he clearly did not open the file.
