Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
Deputy is used across my organization. It improves communication with my employees. Deputy solves scheduling challenges, such as balancing workload and managing time off requests. It allows employees to submit their unavailability, trade shifts, and pick up empty shifts. I have complete control over the schedule, but my employees are able to reschedule their shifts independently. Deputy keeps everyone in the loop at all times. Deputy also keeps accurate time cards, since employees can clock in and out easily and quickly.

Makeshift - Deputy makes scheduling easier. Deputy is easier for employees to use, and has better calendar views. Deputy makes tracking sick days and paid time off easier and more accurate.
