Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We use Deputy for rota and payroll. We used to write the hours on a piece of paper and calculate them at the end of the month and that was very long. Now, we send an email with the rota and everything is done for us.
- Rota.
- Payroll.
- Notify of changes.
- The price per user when you change staff so many times double counts and that seems unfair to me.
- Time saved is a huge success for us. It used to take our manager ages to do the rota and us ages to make the payroll and to calculate the hours… there would always be mistakes on our part, which would [make] the staff angry with us, or we would overpay, but now it's all so easy and quick.
Deputy has a very easy user interface and it seems like a product Apple would make.
