Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy for all staff scheduling, leave management, and company-wide communication. Deputy makes it simple to make changes or updates to the schedule and make sure the affected employees receive a push notification right on their phones. I can also easily send messages to individuals or groups within our organization.

I tried ADP Time and Attendance and Therap for our company's scheduling, but neither was as easy to use as Deputy is for us. I appreciate Deputy for the ability I have to display locations in multiple ways and sort the view of my schedule to meet my needs.

Deputy is intuitive and, whenever I need it, there are awesome help guides that take me to step by step through any module that's new to me or has a feature I haven't tried before.
Implementation was straightforward. We felt supported throughout the process.

Deputy is great for pulling out specific information whenever you need it. The software allows me to create custom reports to suit exactly what I need. I can also save and adjust the reports as time goes on and my needs change. Reports are easily exported into Excel so that I can filter and sort the data.

Using Deputy

48 - Each of our employees uses Deputy for timekeeping purposes. Supervisory employees track shifts in the platform including the location of employees at check-in and check-out. Payroll easily exports data into a separate payroll platform and also runs reports for workers compensation and other needs. The app is easy to use, even for employees with limited technology experience.
2 - Staff supporting Deputy use in the agency need to understand how to access help guides and use the chat feature as needed to get specific help. Creating custom reports is very helpful to streamline processes and make it easier to do complicated tasks. Some experience with custom reporting or the ability to follow the easy guides provided by Deputy is helpful.
