Use Cases and Deployment Scope

DropBox for business is just like DropBox regular not-for-business. Sync files, share files, collaborate with others and more. Except the For Business version comes with some fancy options that really do not require help from IT to make you feel like some sort of futuristic technology wizard. If you know how to log in to DropBox you are probably prepared to manage a DropBox for Business team.

DropBox is the king of all cloud sync services. It's not the right solution for everyone, but it's probably the best solution for most users due to the ease of use, quality and dependability of the platform, costs, and also that they have a long track record of support without major pivots in service.

Oops the file got deleted. Oops the file is too big for email. Who has the latest version and where is it saved. All of these questions are much simpler to answer with a DropBox for business service under your arsenal. If you are a lone wolf, freelancer or someone like that, you may not find the benefits of DrobBox For Business advantageous, but they are still worth considering for future growth.
