Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

I used it to get signatures from officers and the executive team for a fully remote startup. It addressed easily distributing docs between all relevant stakeholders and quickly getting signatures, given that the entire sales process was digitized post-covid.

  • Mobile phone ease of use and UE.
  • Faster time to signatures.
  • Reduction in paper waste.
  • Time savings.
Very simple to use for experts and novice users alike.
Very easy to customize, and I was able to do everything needed during my use of Dropbox Sign.
Dropbox Sign stacks up very comparably, but I think the mobile UE on DocuSign is better.

Well-suited for electronic signature requests and distribution for fully-distributed workforces. Didn't love the UE for mobile phone signature requests, and I think that should be improved.
