Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
EZ Texting provides a way for my organization to maintain contact with our customers in an easy format. It makes it easy to send messages/info without having to call and perhaps leave a voicemail. Texting is perhaps the primary way people communicate with each other in day-to-day lives, and now it's becoming an effective business tool.

I was able to get up and running in under an hour. The site is pretty intuitive and user-friendly.
EZ Texting is easy to use and doesn't require coding knowledge, which is a big plus for me. Now that I have implemented this software, I don't think I could continue to grow as a business without it.
I am considering adding pictures to the messages if I can find a relevant or suitable picture on topics I'm using.
