I cannot imagine being a Product Manager without FullStory. It allows me to ship products so much faster because I can see how people actually interact with the feature when it's live. Without FullStory, the first support ticket about an issue would throw an entire engineering team into debug mode. FullStory helps ensure accurate communication between your product, engineering, design, and support team.
