Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
We just signed a contract with GiveSmart in December. It was bumpy at first because there was a delay in getting started because of staff transitioning out of GiveSmart. So, we are still in the begining stages with getting our data converted. We will be using it for our donor management, events, and more!

- Clearly stated communication with detailed next steps
- I think there should be a grace period of when the contract/payment actually starts since there is a great deal of back and forth communication before anything can even start with us using the system.

We liked that we could integrate our MailChimp newsletters and email with GiveSmart, the text messaging feature, and it seems the reporting will be easier for us.
We are in the beginning phases of this.
We will be using these once we pull our data for the conversion.
