Gong provides our team with a fantastic tool that goes above and beyond call recordings and transcripts. Gong provides essential analytics on call topics, allowing us to quickly provide feedback to internal teams on product features and the user experience for products and services. As a CS, it also provides metrics on call interactivity and recommendations for improving calls, giving us the opportunity to identify room for growth when we're interacting with customers. The user interface is seamless and well-integrated within our internal CRM, making Gong one of our go-to tools.
