It helps us to go back and review our sales call demo's.

  • Search for key words used in the convo's

  • Talk to text is off sometimes
  • would like to be able to tag stuff easier
  • Able to review sales calls and review and improve
  • Easier to go back and review and then tailor notes
  • Next level of professionalism being able to send a video recording of the presentation
You have changed me for the better. I have been able to become a better salesmen by being able to review and train on my weak areas.
Gong has saved us thousands by being able to go back and review past presentations and saving us from having to redo demo's because we can send over the recording for their review.
Gong blows the competition away. Better interface and way easier to use.

I was closing a deal and a customer said that I had promised something at a discounted rate. I was sure that I had not and was able to send him a recording of the call to prove that I had not promised the discount.
