Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We used Gong for sales call data. Allowing us to understand in-depth metrics of each call, as well as using the tool for training purposes for new hires. It also allowed us to compile a list of calls we found to be useful to sure with those who were unable to attend, wether that be internal or external.

Gong is really easy to use. I never had any problems with it recording or having to mess around with any settings. The user experience made sense and was still able to give deep insights without having to go through complicated steps. They also had a great training video section and support if any questions did come up.
Gong gave great insights, particularly around talk times in calls. It also helped us dive deeper into understanding what phrases saw the most success, and gave thoughts on ways to improve when looking to a specific call. The overall data they presented was incredibly helpful in fine-tuning demos and calls.
It helped us get a hold of what key phrases worked, or were more common in won-deals.

Yes

Gong is great for Sales teams, especially remote teams. It allows for your team to easily view calls from colleagues that help in both training and overall understanding. I personally found it most useful as I joined the team, as it let me listen in on a wide-variety of calls.
