Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong to record customer-facing calls across our sales org for coaching purposes. We use it for renewals calls, presales, and demos. We also use recorded calls in organized folders for training new team members.

Gong does the work for you in terms of rating calls. It measures talk time to ensure customers are doing a majority of the talking, it highlights pieces of the conversations that touched on keywords, and also can track how certain phrases are more likely to lead to a win. Most of the features Gong provides are done for you, and all you have to do is ensure that Gong was recording, or you upload a recorded call.
Yes! We have folders within our org of calls from different industries and around different topics important in the market right now. This helps us track trends that come up as well as learn from colleagues who had successful hard conversations.

I really love Gong. I think its a wonderful resource for improving as a salesperson. I love the breakdowns of who spoke and for how long. I also think the resources provided by Gong on outbounding as well as successful discovery calls have been invaluable to my success in sales. I am a huge fan of the product and would recommend it to any company.
